What it is

A fully Bayesian RNA-velocity method (Aivazidis et al., Sanger/Stegle/Bayraktar, Nat Methods 2025; cell2fate-2025) that linearizes the velocity ODE to solve a richer biophysical model analytically and decomposes velocity into modules (≈ factor/PCA loadings), with posterior uncertainty used as a QC signal. Biophysics-forward — the constructive pole of velocity-skepticism, adjacent to the CME line (GennadyGorin).
